Bicycle Bus

This year, MOVE Malta has teamed up with the Malta College for Science and Technology (MCAST) and Transport Malta to celebrate MOVE week with a bicycle bus to promote the benefits of cycling to work or college and to highlight the need for safer cycling infrastructure. In case you’re wondering what a Bicycle Bus is, it’s a group of persons meeting at some location with bicycles and cycling together in company towards college, ‘picking up’ other participants along the route and arriving at college together. Participating in the Bicycle Bus is free of charge, all you need is a bicycle and some motivation! Pick up points include: Albert Town, Blata l-Bajda, Marsa, Floriana, Qormi. Ghaxaq, Safi, Hamrun, Zabbar, Marsascala, Zebbug, Msida, Paola, Pieta, San Gwann, Siggiewi, Valletta, Zejtun Cospicua Time: 6.30 am to 8.00 am (depending on location) Destination: MCAST Paola Arrival Time: 8 am Free coffee & tea will be offered to participants on arrival at MCAST courtesy of IBMC Everyone is welcome to join!
